My experience with Ms. Vidhi has been phenomenal, her guidance throughout my sessions with her have been really fruitful in my growth as a person. Being more mindful of myself and of others is one of the key growth and all thanks to her. She would always go the extra mile to make me feel worthy and that I am valued.
And also a massive thank you to Amaha for providing such a welcoming experience and helping me connect with the right therapist. Their overall vibe at the centre is very calming in itself.

I feel grateful to find a doctor like Sonal. As a person, I have often struggled at relationships, say, something like setting boundaries. Sonal shared some exercises with me to learn about boundaries, and asked me to practice them. When I continued to struggle, she helped me break it down. She presented me with situations, from my personal life , where I could pratice them in a certain manner. That is really helpful. It gave me an idea how I can do so own my own and I need not to be awkward about it.

After taking the sessions I have quite become more assertive towards my behaviour. It's actually very mindful and stress relief sessions what to do in upcoming situations. I had a terrible bond with my mother because of my anger issues, and now atleast I know how to work upon it and it's getting better.

Before starting therapy, I was hesitant because friends often said it depended on the therapist. Turns out, they were right. My therapist is truly exceptional and non-judgmental. Each session feels like a heartfelt conversation with a friend, yet upon reflection, I realise the depth of insight she brings to our discussions.
